Ask yourself these questions:  

  • Do you feel fear gripping you from taking control of your life?
  • Do you get distracted too easily or always feel scattered?
  • Do you have a habit of self-sabotaging yourself?
  • Do you have negative, anxious or racing thoughts you cannot control?
  • Do you need a guilt-free space to focus on you?
  • Do you need feedback on how you present yourself to others?
  • Do you talk down to yourself in your mind?  Examples – You’re not good enough, You’ll never succeed, etc.
  • Do you need help forgiving someone in your life?
  • Do you want to be more self-aware or emotionally balanced?
  • Do you want to improve your relationships and become a better person?
  • Do your moods and emotions feel out of control?
  • Do you lash out at others frequently because you are unhappy?
  • Do you want to learn relaxation, mindfulness and self-care techniques that actually work for you?
  • Do you find yourself feeling exhausted, stressed out and mentally clouded?
  • Do you give your best to others but not to yourself?
  • Do you have some unwanted weight to get rid of?

  • Will you honor yourself the moment you wake up, with 5 “I Am” statements?
  • Will you learn different techniques to keep yourself centered and grounded in the moment?
  • Will you give yourself permission to transcend ALL limiting beliefs you now hold?
  • Will you tell yourself daily how much you love… YOU?
  • Will you commit to a detox regimen for daily life?
  • Will you stop telling yourself you’re not worth it?
  • Will you strive to become the very BEST version of yourself?
  • Will you take a BOLD stand for who you are and what you believe?
  • Will you SHOW UP to every appointment we schedule (or reschedule appropriately) as my time is as important as yours?
  • Will you agree to contribute in our private facebook group to share your struggles and your triumphs?
  • Will you commit to being totally honest with any and all feelings you are experiencing?
  • Will you lock arms with like minded individuals who collectively come together for support?
